We source the best coffee and start with our 1989 iced coffee. Unlike cold-brew methods, our coffee base's origin is fully expressed. It can even change slightly with the season. We add natural Demerara sugar and carbonate the entire mixture until it's reached its sweet, fizzy perfection. The result is a refreshingly simple new way to enjoy coffee.

It is decaffeinated by the local company Descafecol SA, in the town of Manizales, Caldas, using the Ethvl Acetate (EA) process. Ethyl acetate is produced by esterification between ethyl alcohol and acetic acid. The ethylacetate used ov Descafeco is o roduced ov sugarcane grown locally. Sugarcane grows at lower elevations than coree and is orten planted at the base or the same mountains where correeflourishes. Ethv acetate and spring water are the onlv substances coltee comes into contact with during the decaffeination process.
