HIDE has quickly grown to be one of the top Dallas Cocktail Bars to find unique cocktails. Nick B is the owner/operator at HIDE. He was inspired to start HIDE in order to bring a world class cocktail and bar food experience to Dallas. He is an experienced bar and restaurant operator but prior to launching HIDE, Nick criss crossed the US and spent time in many of the Top 50 Bars in the World. They met several of these successful entrepreneurs, observed their techniques, inspected their operations and sampled their creations, Nick then returned home to Dallas, filled with ideas for HIDE. When home, they added a lot of their own creativity and know how to the mix.
