  This is what we're known for! Pepper rubbed, grade A brisket, slow smoked with hickory. Sliced thick and served with choice of side.
- Pulled Pork Sandwich
  Hickory smoked with a sweet and savory paprika rub. Hand pulled and served on a cheese bun with choice of mac 'n' cheese or dill coleslaw on top.
- Pulled Pork
  Our signature hickory smoked, hand-pulled pork, served with choice of side. Available in half or full pound
- Pork Back Ribs
  We've been told by many folks our ribs are the best they've ever tasted! We smoke 'em slow over hickory smoke and only sauce them when you order them. They're just tender enough to fall right off the bone, but still have the right amount of pull when you bite into them.

  We proudly serve a coffee blend created by our local fire department, with a portion of every sale going back as a donation to the department. It's fresh-brewed, so you know it's great!
- Fresh Baked Goods
  We've partnered with Grandma's Oven to bring you locally crafted, handmade pastries and baked goods daily. From classic breads and buns, to maple fritters, mini donuts, and butterhorns, you'll never have to worry about where you're going to have breakfast again!

  This is one of our best-selling menu items. We sell so much of this, people ask for it by the pan! We're always asked to describe it, but we can't accurately tell you what it tastes like. It's a little bit cheesecake, a little blondie brownie, and every bit delicious! If you haven't gotten a piece yet, you're missing out!
