hershey's Ice cream

Hello The reason of this message y because I’m very disappointed of the persons working at Salisbury mall in Maryland. They are always mean at moment we make an order. The only reason a get the ice cream from here is because my kids love them but today was the worst service I ever received from this two girls. One of this girls was listening the iPods while I was trying to make a purchase, when I was trying to correct her because I asked for a cone and she was giving me a cup she get upset and ask the other girl if I did said cone in or what with a very bad actitud and when I ask her if everything was fine she said yes and then she told me if I want the ice cream or not ?, I said why always was working with this actitud in this store maybe don’t get enough payment she told the other girl to give me the ice cream because she don’t want to talk to me . I told the Second Lady I’m sorry for the confusion and the black lady told her “don’t talk to her” just give her ice cream she doesn’t speak English . Please take care of your personal and the way they treat to your clients. Anahi

I thought I might have lucked out when I saw them making fresh drip coffee, but this coffee was garbage. It tasted like water. Better off drinking the hotel coffee.

Omg the girl name amber today loved her she help me alot and let my don try 2 icecream before he made his decision and my smoothie was amazing she was very friendly and helpful previously i came had a horrible experience with another girl employee las week that was on the phone texting and rolling her eyes while i order but the one from today help me out and made my son smile thank you very much need to hire more people like her always with smiles and seems to love what shes doing

I went there today and the girl Paige was very rude in all ways she should have a nicer way of talking to people not just rolling her eyes acting like im a bother
