Historic and nostalgic seafood restaurant located in the West End of Shreveport, LA. Family owned and operated since 1936 serving Creole and Cajun fare, and creating the world famous Shrimp Buster in 1945. Our menu includes crawfish etouffee, gumbos, hand battered onion rings, sauteed catfish and oysters on the half shell. Herber Busi (Herby K) started a great spot, and we've kept the hospitality, high quality ingredients and recipes going since the start.
