Food was good, filling.friendly staff, small, quaint place.

They were not that good.

The food was amazing!! and my waiter Percy, was super nice and helpful! needless to say the draft beer was cold and really good! cant believe i stay like 6 mints away from this nice place. lol, i will be going back more often! i believe I've found a new spot to eat and have a great drink :)

I've been eating at herby-k's for over 50 years and was never disappointed until yesterday. Seafood gumbo was perfect. The famous shrimp-buster was totally different. Instead of being golden brown as usual the shrimp batter was white and seemingly not seasoned at all and were extremely bland,there was no taste at all. Needless to say I did not enjoy my meal. Did not complain to the server as that would serve no purpose. Ate 2 of the shrimp brought 2 home but couldn't eat them. The shrimp-buster was a bust. James Foster

Service was great! The gumbo was very good. Been going since the mid 1960. Someone has changed the shrimp buster, shrimp & breading was very bland.No taste at all. Will not order that again.

This place is amazing! We took a dinner trip for work to Herby-K's and our waiter, Percy, was spectacular. The food portions were huge. The music and laid back atmosphere was timeless. We will definitely be back.

Food was great, service impeccable! Percy and all the staff took great care of our table! I just wish the booths were a little more comfortable but the bread pudding made up for it!
