We are here to provide Portland with a traditional NY-style boiled bagel. We prepare our products fresh each day using Shepard's Grain flour and Bob's Red Mill flour and seeds. We strive to use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible and can't wait to be the most delicious part of your day.
