Hello Sugar, Kendall Yards

This place is very cute, but I felt very unwelcome. It could have been because I was the only customer and interrupting them, or it could be because all of the employees looked like a bunch of high school mean girls. Who knows. It didn’t help that I didn’t realize you must order a pack of 6. I was given this info in a very clipped tone and then felt rushed to finish my order. If you can get past that, the location is great. It backs up to the trail and an overlook of the river. I was able to sit outside on a beautiful sunny day.

Great place to get coffee, amazing donuts, and head out to enjoy a walk by the river!

Love the atmosphere

Delicious, personalized, whimsical. Plus, the culture is cozy, warm, and inviting. I love this place, highly recommend them, and will be going to them for not only the occasional treat for myself, but for "thinking of you/thank you/happy birthday" treats for others.

Spokane has several great donuts shops, I'm just lucky to live within walking distance of this one

Hands down the most friendliest employees in ALL of Spokane!! Absolutely!! Good spot to sit in or out % Parking: Plenty of parking in andaround the shop.

Simply the best coffee shop in the West Central Neighborhood and all of West Spokane! Every Tuesday Hello Sugar is a 1 hour stop for me . I enjoy reading the Inlander while I relax in comfortable seating with a no rush atmosphere.

I paid for a 32 oz drink and they gave me 24 oz I went to call and they’re phone goes to voicemail I like there food but not there quality of work and they lack professionalism

Ordered delivery and it came 20 minutes earlier than expected! Got the carousel, sausage biscuits, and coffee drinks. Everything was delicious!
