UPDATE: Our Noda location is temporarily closed due to fire damage. We hope to be back open as soon as possible. Our Barrel Arts location remains open during this time. Opening as Charlotte's first brewpub in 2012, Heist started as an 8.5 barrel brewery focusing on Belgian and German style brews. Over the years, we have transitioned towards fruited sours, lagers, and hazy IPAs, thanks to our signature IPA: Citraquench'l, and our Pick'n Series. Our kitchen is chef-driven, and focusing on a woodfire oven, sandwiches, and eclectic Heist classics.
