Hebert Candies & Gifts

Hebert Candies has been creating confections to sooth your sweet tooth since 1917. Starting with a knife, copper kettle, thermometer, and slab of marble, Frederick Hebert began working on his famous recipes for delectable chocolate and savory caramels. Through carefully building his business, in 1946 he was able to purchase a tudor style mansion in Shrewsbury, MA to get his chocolates out to more of New England. Affectionately known as The Candy Mansion, all of our handcrafted candy, chocolate, and gifts are still made there to this day. Though times have changed, you can always count on the handcrafted quality that has kept Hebert in the hearts of New Englanders.
