5% - crushable Sports Lager! A light, easy drinking lager that’s both refreshingly crisp & crushable. Clean lager fermentatino profile with subtle herbal,lemony hop aromas. The perfect beer to drink while watching a Dodgers game!

7% - Our newest clear and crisp IPA that features a combination of hops that we find truly intriguing. Strata, Nectaron, HBC 586 and Centennial create layers of deep grapefruit, sativa and dark berry flavors supported by a bright stonefruit aroma.

8.2% - Dank Side of the Moon was originally a West Coast Double IPA that we brewed years ago. We have now reimagined it with plenty of haze and juiciness for our Week of Dankness. From deep within our hop stash we pulled out two of the dankest hops known to us: Ekuanot and Columbus which are both loaded with pine sap like flavors. On top of those we layered our most ganja- like Nelson and some incredible Citra Cryo for a long smooth toke of guava and tangerine essence.

4.8% - Pilsner - German

5.7% - We’ve given some new life to this Cellarmaker pale ale. We have revamped the Electric Eye recipe to make it a dank and citrusy West Coast Pale Ale. Hopped with Nelson and Simcoe and a touch of Galaxy Electric Eye has an intriguing pine and tangerine aroma and clean, refreshing hoppy flavor. This beer brings IPA level aroma and flavor in a very drinkable mid ABV package.

5.2% - This years Festbier is a more modern take on the Märzen style (from our previous beers), that is much more akin to the beers poured by the liter, in the tents of München. Brewed with base of Barke Pilsner malt, with a sprinkling of a few lightly kilned specialty malts, it is golden in color, with a kiss of malt presence, and is filtered to brilliant clarify. Hopped exclusively with our best Hallertau Mittelfrüh for a low but perceived bitterness and the most noble aroma in all the land, friends. Prost!

7.2% - All the green hops we love and adore: Citra & Simcoe! That combo of hops helps to create dank aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, pine, & fresh cut grass.

6.8% - Hello, LA is our 6.8% ABV West Coast IPA hopped with the classic 1-2 punch of Mosaic & Citra hops! Pouring with a clear golden appearance & fluffy white foam head, this IPA produces huge aromas of juicy tropical fruit, fresh tangerine, & has a slight dankness with residual bitterness.

6% - The adroit hands of Cellarmaker and Tenma have joined their deft forces to craft a crisp West Coast Pilsner that is at once light and extremely drinkable yet layered with hoppy flavors and an intriguing tangy and ripe aroma. Kaleidoscopic Daydream is perfect for any drinker who loves easy drinking lagers, fans of pale ale, or even your crushable white wine enthusiast.

4.8% - Vienna/Mexican Amber Lager brewed with Weyermann(R) Pils, Vienna and Caramunich malts. Smooth easy drinking amber lager.

6.7% - Hazy IPA brewed with Motueka, Citra, Nelson and Simple Citra

8.3% - Hazy Double IPA dry hopped w/ Citra, Nelson, & Riwaka.

6.1% - WC Pale Ale

7% - Hazy IPA hopped with Galaxy, Citra, & Mosaic to give it flavors of pineapple, mango, and piña colada

5% - The Schönramer Hell is our main variety and one of the most popular beers in the south-eastern Alpine foothills. This tasty, full-bodied beer is a Munich Hell in type, but a stronger and more hoppy variant typical for our region. In some circles, our Helles is also known as Schoarama, sGreane or 1780er. Due to the use of a special type of barley, its brilliant straw-yellow color is very light compared to many beers of its kind. Very soft and seductive on the first sip with a light acacia note, it turns into a full, balanced duo of hops and malt. The finish is very clean and dry and leaves a fine, delicate hop bitterness on the tongue. The Schönramer Hell simply encourages you to keep drinking.

6% - Slow Down is a fresh and bubbly cider inspired by the rocky North Atlantic coast.

Sowing The Sun is brewed with an heirloom spring pilsner malt and hopped with Washington grown Willamette hops as well as German grown Hallertau Saphir. Fermented at low temperatures and lagered for many moons this beer is light on the palette with a crisp finish. Tasting notes of barn hay with subtle citrus and white grape aromas.

6.3% - WC IPA brewed with Strata, HBC 586 and Mosaic hops.

7% - Collaboration with our hop heroes at Cellarmaker; a hazy IPA brewed with a neutral ale yeast for pure hop expression. Battered with fresh 2018 Nelson Sauvin hops along with Galaxy and Mosaic cryo powder for a burst of tropical fruit notes. Ultra soft texture and silky mouthfeel from the addition of Mecca Grade hard red wheat and a blend of oats.

6.8% - There's plenty to complain about in life, but beer should hardly ever be on that list. We've guaranteed your pleasure with this hazy IPA that features some of our favorite hops that always put us at ease. No need to protest the generous use of Citra, Nelson and Strata. Chill.

7.5% - Citra, Strata, HBC-630 & Nelson Sauvin-hopped Double India Pale Ale Brewed With Guava & Strawberry

At Las Jaras, our goal is to make delicious wine that has tons of energy and balance. We want them to be vibrant, delicate, and supple all at the same time while also being food friendly and easy for anyone to enjoy. Our wines are intended to reflect the unique terroir of the vineyards using minimal intervention so you can taste their natural, rhythmic expression. If you are not used to drinking wines made this way, the experience can be a revelation.

An accessible orange wine made from a blend of white grapes that are anywhere from 15 to 30 years old. The vines are planted on calcareous clay soils. The grapes were hand-harvested together in early October, allowed to macerate for eight weeks on skins with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel lasting eight weeks. Unfiltered. Not an extreme type of orange wine but just lightly colored and slightly cloudy.

Riper red berry fruit sings over the tart finish resulting in a pleasurable, quenching crunch. A perfected adult version of Sour Patch Kids candy. A floaty fleshiness develops by the second glass – which, btw, arrives quickly – with some mellowing watermelon notes on the mid-palate.

The nose of this crisp Sauv Blanc is a knock-out with gooseberry and freshly picked apples leaping out from the glass. None of the over-the-top green notes that New Zealand is famous for, this is stylistically much closer to the Loire Valley (Sancerre). Lighter end of medium bodied with juicy citrus, great flinty mineral tones and uber-zesty acidity on the finish.
