Two patties of freshly ground brisket sprinkled with our special spice blend, two types of cheese, topped with a tomato slice, bacon jam & our homemade sauce, on a pretzel bun. Served with a choice of crinkle cut fries, mixed greens salad, or Heartwood salad (+$3). For Gluten Free, substitute rice pilaf for bun.

Chinese-style wheat noodles with a savory fragrant peanut and sesame sauce, topped with thinly sliced cucumbers and spicy chili peppers, garnished with cilantro and fried shallots. Topped with sliced fried chicken breast, +$5.
