I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but there was good and bad with my experience. I used to always have great experiences at the downtown location, the two girls I used to see there often were nice and did a good job! Unfortunately when I went to the new Gordon st location there were three staff members (one male 2 female), one even swore a couple times, and were chatting about personal activities and other people while working pretty much the whole time I was waiting, I get it you want work to be fun and I’m all for it, just a little more professionalism when customers are there would be beneficial for your non university clientele. It’s just not a good vibe when the staff are all gossiping, I just want to enjoy grabbing my smoothie. There is also no seating at the Gordon location as a fyi. The smoothies themselves are wonderful and made really well!

THE BEST ACAI BOWL!!! Super fresh and ripe fruit, along with the tasty granola garnished on top!! Such a tasty and refreshing snack!!! 10/10! I highly reccomend visiting HEAL Guelph! Very impressed :)

Excellent service, really good and clean atmosphere, the bowls are always amazing. Top notch taste and the employees always kill it!

Service was a little slow since there was only one girl on deck, but such beautiful and delicious acai bowls/ smoothies! Im very impressed by the quality and portion sizes! One recommendation would be having an "OPEN" sighs as the store don't feel inviting from the outside, it almost looks closed until you walk in!! Maybe some lights on the outside or even a Lit sign would def help bring in more customers like myself! I will be returning, 10/10 quality!

IThis is the second location I have been to. The first being Hamilton. The food presentation at this location gets a 0 from me and the latte was not good - unfortunately. In addition, the customer service was not even comparable. The girl at front cash asked me my names 3 times (couldn’t grasp info) and wasn’t pleasant. I won’t be returning. Definitely recommended the Hamilton location if you’re in the area!

Guelph location - I discovered this place a few months ago and I love it. I normally go for the acai smoothie bowl with peanut butter. The price seems high but if you know the average cost of all ingredients, plus the profit margin - the cost makes sense. The portions are always generous and always so good. Makes a good lunch on days that I don't feel like cooking, love!

Wonderful food and even better service!

Tried to pre call in an order to the Gordon location with the number listed to save time but could not get through. When I got to the store no one there even knew where the phone was. Like… what?

One of the best smoothie bowls I’ve ever had. It had the perfect amount of toppings in it, and the quantity was just right. I’ve been to smoothie bowl places where they cheap out on toppings, but this place is not like that. The flavours went very well together, I’ll definitely be coming here again. I just wish they had the amount of calories on their menu just to get an idea of what exactly you’re consuming.

Food tastes amazing but its expensive and it would be nice if there was somewhere cozy to sit inside
