PREVIOUS Haymarket Pub & Brewery is where the workers of the world unite around some of the city's most sought after beers. We have a simple philosophy: make the best beer we can, and deliver it as fresh as we can. It's worked pretty well for us so far. To date, our brewmaster Pete Crowley has won over 50 local, national and international brewing awards. We've combined our world class beer with some of the city's best made-from-scratch bar food to create one of Chicago's great casual brewpubs. Our brews range from refreshing Pilsners, hoppy IPA's and Belgian ales to rich Imperial stouts aged in bourbon barrels in our cellar. Our fresh housemade sausages are among the city's best, and we're pretty famous for our burgers & pizzas as well.
