(Aka:the jay roll) -quickly becoming a west texas favorite. For a west texas flavor we combine fresh avocado, jalapeno, cream cheese and fried shrimp tempura and roll it into soy paper. Then we top it off with crab stick and spicy mayonnaise.

We take fresh salmon.tuna. avocado and roll them together.then we add "peppered"tuna.salmon and a blend of our chefs special sauces to create a flavor that is exquisite and unique.
