A pale ale originally brewed for the 30th anniversary of The Townsend & Bertram Co. It has a citrusy, tangerine nose and flavour with a spicy, dry, crisp and refreshing finish

So named by the description of a guest at our brewery, visiting from Ireland by way of a Toronto Brewery they previously worked for, upon tasting this beer during fermentation. A Lovely Drop was made with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops, then dry hopped with Cascade and Madarina Bavaria. Flavours of malt and caramel are overlaid with hoppy, resiny and piney aromas and flavours leading to a dry finish and that lovely hoppy, pithy bitterness

English style IPA brewed with loose leaf Earl Grey Tea. 5.8% ABV, 35 IBU. As such it has the malty character of a nicely brewed cup of tea. Restrained on the hops to allow the Earl Gray tea and the Bergamot flavour and aroma to come through. The quintessence of Englishness, beer and tea all in one package, the only this could be more English is if you served it with freshly toasted crumpets and lashings of melted butter, or with scones, clotted cream and freshly made strawberry jam

Loaded with Mosaic, Citra and Chinook hops, this aggressively hopped double IPA delivers an intense aroma and citrusy, earthy flavors

Our Imperial Winter Harvest Saison, made with fresh NC-grown organic sweet potatoes and winter squash, and spiced just enough with fresh turmeric root, Indian coriander, Ceylon cinnamon bark and crushed szechuan peppercorns

Chocolate porter- light bodied porter with notes of dry cocoa, coffee, amd a slightly roasty finish

Made with peat smoked malt to give a hint of an Islay single malt scotch whisky, more of an Ardbeg Ugeadail than a Laphroaig 10 year old, malted and roasted oats for a smooth creamy mouthfeel, and little woody oak character from resting on oak staves soaked in Islay Whisky to round things out

Copper/amber in colour, slightly off white head. Malty with a light fruit aroma from yeast and hops. Flavours of malt, caramel and light toffee with notes of stone fruit. Body is light with low bitterness, finishing dry with some sweetness. Smooth, refreshing, and very drinkable

The Duck-Rabbit Brown Ale is an American brown ale brewed with loads of hops from start to finish (it's hoppy and beautifully bitter). Amarillo hops in the boil provide a spicy citrusy bitterness. Saaz dry hops in the fermentor provide a refined flowery aroma. These hops are supported by a grain bill of seven varieties of malt. Oh yeah!

Black Widow is fruit-forward, yet tart, with a tantalizing complexity, made with blackberries and freshly pressed New York apples

We ferment the juice to dry and using fresh sweet cider add a touch of sweetness back in. The result is a 7.5% ABV cider that's crisp, tart, lightly effervescent, and just sweet enough for a balanced, long finish.
