Ordered online, all three flavours had a taste of kerosene! This is highly unacceptable. They do not even have a contact number!

Place is good but … the price is comparatively hight. They should use some strategies

The service provided by the staff is totall unacceptable. I visited the outlet at Linking road which is pretty close to starbucks on 1st Dec'22 approx between 8pm and 10pm. The guy at the counter did not attend us as soon as we entered. He was busy packing something. My friend asked him unfrontly about the new milshake on the menu. He replied "I'm busy, wait" in rude tone. We thought must be a bad day and let it slide. After 5 minutes- I asked him "Are you done, we want to place an order". Without trying back- he raised him hand and said "IM BUSY, I told you to wait." We simply left the store due to his careless behaviour and went ahead to nic which is a new icecream store on linking road and I highly recommend it. Such staff at Havmour should be terminated who don't know a damn thing about customer service. Won't visit again and carries the attitude of CEO- while being nothing more than a worker.
