Medium roast. Our el tiple line of Colombia coffee is named for the tiple, an instrument, used in traditional Colombian music. The tiple serves both as an accompanying instrument and for soloing. Through el tiple, we will explore Colombia's distinctive micro-climates and flavor profiles. Huila el tiple excelso ep was sourced from small, family-owned farms throughout the huila region. Our darkest and boldest coffee, the Brazil Salmo is a blend of 100% Cerrado region coffees from multiple producers. The coffee was purchased at voltage Santos in brazil, at their facility in Virginia. Tasting notes consist of milk chocolate, peanut butter, raisin, graham cracker.

A lighter coffee, with fruitier accents and a sweeter tone. Tasting notes consist of tropical fruit, cane sugar, green tea.
