A Café Au Lait is a drink of strong drip brewed or French pressed coffee, to which steamed milk is added.

An Americano is a type of coffee drink prepared by diluting espresso with hot water, giving it a similar strength to, but different flavor from, traditional drip coffee.

Flat White is a perfectly balanced espresso drink, consisting of 2oz of espresso, 3oz of steamed milk, and 0.5oz of micro-foam.

The meaning of macchiato is to be "dotted with milk," making traditional beverage made up of 2oz of espresso and 1oz of steamed milk.

Medium roast. Our el tiple line of Colombia coffee is named for the tiple, an instrument, used in traditional Colombian music. The tiple serves both as an accompanying instrument and for soloing. Through el tiple, we will explore Colombia's distinctive micro-climates and flavor profiles. Huila el tiple excelso ep was sourced from small, family-owned farms throughout the huila region. Huila is currently the largest producer of coffee in colombia. However, its development was unconventional. Tasting notes chocolate, dried fruit, citrus, almond.

Our darkest and boldest coffee, the Brazil Salmo is a blend of 100% Cerrado region coffees from multiple producers. The coffee was purchased at voltage Santos in brazil, at their facility in Virginia. Tasting notes consist of milk chocolate, peanut butter, raisin, graham cracker.

A lighter coffee, with fruitier accents and a sweeter tone. Tasting notes consist of tropical fruit, cane sugar, green tea.

This Colombian decaf is well balanced and taken through a natural sugarcane process. This method originates in Colombia and allows the coffee to be stripped of its caffeine, without disrupting cellular structure. The final product even has a touch more sweetness to it, but you can add a little more if you'd like!
