🥂 A Piedmont Wine Primer: Barolo, Barbaresco, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo - oh my! For this class we are traveling to northwestern Italy to the verdant, hilly region of Piedmont, at the base of the Italian Alps. We’ll try several incredible wines from the region’s native grape varieties, ending with a decanted pour of Barolo in your glass! 🥂 Wine Class: A Piedmont Wine Premier Class fee: $55/person Date/Time: Tuesday, March 25th, 6pm Where: The Melodeon. Please use Melodeon's Main Street entrance just down from the Harveys’ Bar entrance. Join us April 9th starting at 7 PM for a sampling of ciders made right here in Lexington. Learn about the orchards, the apples, and the magic of cider-making from Heather Morris, Director of Sales at Wise Bird Cider, and Greta Wright, Co-owner and Co-founder. You'll walk away feeling like a cider expert in the making! It's the perfect evening with your girlfriends or out-of-the-box date night you'll be sure to remember. Curated charcuterie boards from Fable will be available for purchase, as well as bottles & cans of Wise Bird Cider to take home.
