Harold's Chicken Shack

Called my order in for pick up at 5 o’clock pulled up at 5:45 and they told me there were people still ahead of me and I had to wait but my food was ready. The whole Pull up and wait till one server brings out each individual order to your car is insane.

They Only take Phone orders and they often stop answering the phone for orders at a certain time of day. Usually we'll before they close this happens often ... very unprofessional. Hard to support a business that treats their customers like that.

I sat in the front of the Harold’s , pulled up to the door to let them know I am trying to call to place and order , the guy with the glasses said that I’ll just have to wait until they stop getting calls and to jus keep calling .This whole pull up and call thing isn’t gonna work if you pull up and they don’t even answer the phone . And when they do they place u on hold after calling over 20 times ! The food is great , phone service and wait time is terrible.

I waited nearly 2 hours for my order. Horrible service

I’ve been going there for a long time every time I get my food it’s the best ever the #1 HARROLD’S customer service is beyond great I really appreciate the young lady also the young man that’s comes to your car and get money and Bring your food to you I really appreciate my girl she doing it thank you for your service well done
