The Happy Hour Bar & Grill is located in Stroudsburg, PA. We offer New American fare & signature cocktails. The Happy Hour Bar & Grill was established in 1957 as the Happy Hour Tavern. In 2019 the current owners purchased the bar and restaurant and completely renovated the establishment. We have a large outdoor deck, signature cocktails, gourmet burgers and more!
