Established in 2009. In Japanese, Hana means flower, and Bi means fire. Japanese cuisine is our family's passion, and our founder, MJ, has mastered this art for the past 30 years. We prepare our food using the freshest ingredients and believe in the importance of beautiful presentation and fabulous flavor. Our commitment to you is to serve the best ingredients with the best service, at reasonable prices. We have served the Bay Area for more than 20 years, with two successful restaurants in Concord and Martinez, and we are proudly opening our third location here in Mountain View.
