Hacienda Real

We frequently visit both Hacienda Real locations in Yorkville and Geneva. Our most recent visit was to the Yorkville location and once again...we were not disappointed. Our server was Ashley and she did an astonishing job. Great attention to detail, super nice, respectful and attentive to our needs! Thank you for your great customer service! And, obviously, the food was great!

We go to hacienda at least once or twice a month, our daughter loves Maggie and the food is amazing!

Hacienda Real is the Real Deal! Been here a few times and each time the food and service is amazing. The drinks are top notch and never disappoint. Special shout out to Jackie behind the bar. She made our experience unforgettable! Edit: Big ups to Laura. She consistently sells the most Tommies and is nice to all the mommies. Edit X2: The GM Maggie is a cut above the rest. I have been coming to Hacienda Real since it has opened and Maggie has been a steadfast and stalwart example of the epitome of customer service, hospitality, and poise. Edit X3: Ashley N! What an outstanding server Ashley N is!!! She had our table of four and did a bang up job. Our drinks never went dry and we left with our bellies and hearts full. Well done, Ashley N!

Good but pricey. The lemonade was excellent. The cheese quesadilla was amazing

Great service and food. The high-energy atmosphere was a bit much for me but seems really enjoyable if that's what you're after. Dietary restrictions: Waitress asked if there were any allergies or restrictions to be concerned about before taking our order.

Excellent experience, very good food and drinks, the attention of the manager Karen was excellent, she responded to all our concerns and always very kind to provide her service, she explained her tequila sales service to us and it was an unparalleled experience. If you visit this site, ask for Karen, she will assist you with the best disposition.
