Berkshire pork loin marinated with roasted miso, coated with fresh Japanese bread panko, and served with a miso tonkatsu sauce. Our bento also comes with a separate bowl containing a variety of vegetables that include: tokyo diner potato salad, marinated cabbage, lotus root, pomodoro pasta, daigaku imo (sweet potato), kinpira gobo (root vegetable), nasu dangaku (eggplant pickles), miso cured egg yolk, and fukujinzuke.
