Had lunch ..sea bass was delicious..service great .

Dominique is a great waiter, he was really nice and professional and polite, the chef made great meals such as calamari with rosso picante pizza, and arrabiata pasta with large prawns I really enjoyed it!!!! Would recommend gusto Italian if you’re wanting authentic Italian cuisine.

Had a very nice experience in this restaurant would definitely return. The food was well presented and the taste was of a good standard. But for me the service really stood out as excellent. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much for her, even when we were taking our time to order. Prompt service but not overbearing and not trying to rush us out. Would recommend a visit.

After a few steady drinks on Saturday we decided on some food at Gusto to end the night but in the end should have probably chose a big mac meal from Mcdonalds. The waitress who served us looked like she would rather be anywhere but where she was half understandable on a bank holiday weekend but at least try hide it a little. Forgot my fries after asking twice so by the time they came i had finished my steak then you guys have the cheek to automatically add a 12% service charge.. And to top off the evening my wife left her quite expensive scarfe on the back of her chair so we rang up about twenty times around 9.45-10pm and nobody fancied picking up the phone. By the time we got in contact the next day we were told its nowhere to be seen the cleaners have already been. I understand a passer by could well have picked it up but i would imagine a staff member would have been over almost immediatley after us leaving to clear the table no ? Might be worth looking at your cameras guys. Anyway you will probably be glad to hear we wont be back in hurry.

Wonderful lunch at Gusto! I took my mum for a last minute lunch plan and it did not disappoint. The new menu is great, our waitress Laura was super lovely, the service was phenomenal. Will be going back again.

Went for a family meal on Saturday and did not disappoint. Food was incredible, matched by the service - our server could not do enough for us and was really engaging throughout. Will definitely go again and use our new loyalty app! Recommend the burgers, the pizza breads and definitely the lemon butter prawns.

Service & atmosphere in the restaurant was fab but visit let down by the food. My partners burger raw in the middle, my pulled pork knocci although tasty sauce had literally one tiny piece of pork in it. Thought the biscoff cheesecake would save the day but was wrong. Nearly £9 for what could only be compared to a shop bought cheesecake from the freezer section. Very bland & base was soggy. Gave feedback to the lovely waiter who had a word with the manager who confirmed that deserts aren't made on site & are bought in. No problem with that but please make sure the quality is that as expected in a restaurant & reflected in the price. We did have our drinks knocked off the bill as a consolation which was appreciated but I'd rather have a better quality meal instead. Sadly won't be back in a hurry.
