Wholesome, fresh, gluten-free ingredients are used in the baking process to create flavorful recipes inspired by our parents, our travels and our rich Southern culture. Guncles is the only dedicated gluten free bakery in Mobile and Baldwin Counties of Alabama. Guncles is open Tuesday - Saturday.
