Choice of beef or chicken.

Crispy flour shell with choice of steak or chicken garnished with tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, onion, bell pepper, and pico de gallo.

Shrimp, octopus, oyster, crab, and fish soup with vegetables. Served with tortilla or bread.

Shrimp sauteed in ranchera spicy sauce with Parmesan and cilantro. Served with beans, rice, and tortillas.

Grilled steak sauteed with bacon, onion, bell pepper, Mexican sausage, and Mexican oaxaca cheese.

Scrambled egg topped with a la Mexicana sauce (tomatoes, onions, and spicy jalapeno.)

Mozzarella cheese.

Prepared with corn tortillas cut in quarters, then lightly fried with green or red salsa poured over the crispy tortilla triangles, called totopos. The mixture is simmered until tortilla softens and the dish is then topped with cheese, sour cream, and onions.
