Gringo Gordo arrived in West Virginia to make part of its diverse gastronomic offer with a Latin-food restaurant, appealing to a wide diversity of tastes and preferences, serving a splendid variety of baked crescent-shaped Empanadas. These exquisite pastries are savory pockets of dough filled with meats, cheeses, and/or vegetables plus spices, and their delicious flavor can be highlighted with our dipping sauces: the creamy chipotle or the traditional chimichurri (herbs with vinegar and oil).
