I always have a fantastic experience coming into the greggs in Wembley. Krisita is always hard at work trying to make sure my coffee is just right and I have the freshest of pastry. One of the most hard working and nicest employees I’ve ever met. Make her the manager!! Vegetarian options: Cheese and onion slice

They should change their name to ICELAND. You will never find anything here warm or hot.

Crossaint that i bought here were half way cooked i needed to throw them away. Staff asked for a flat white made me a regular cappuccino and were arguing that it's correct. Not really happy

Worst customer service ever.Not at all satisfied this is the third time experiencing this.

The customer service was incredible on my visit to Wembley high road. Bryan served me with incredible customer service, I will be coming back!
