Cold food again. And very poor service

Visited at 2 pm on a Friday to grab some lunch, there was only 1 sausage roll left. Asked if they had any in the oven and the lady behind the counter said she hadn't put any in yet so would be at least a 20-minute wait or I could buy a cold 4-pack. I miss the Subway that was here before.

19 March. Staff refused to make me a fresh bacon roll and said I could only have one of the 2 ready made ones. She was mopping the floor then served without washing hands

The main man is back. I used this restaurant for 20 years and it was just ok, but thd new people have excelled

Stone cold food. Was told they can't heat it up either.

Absolutely awful has been for months nobody has a clue how to put a butty together, you ask for ketchup you get brown sauce you ask for a barm you get a baguette. They put it together absolutely terribly. Never ever been to a Greggs as bad as this in my life it is consistently terrible.

Best coffee ever !!

Poor customer service and the smallest ever selection of food in a Greggs ever.
