Stopped pepperoni pizza for kid. service wasn't bad.

I was so disappointed with Greggs all the food was cold, and the service was awful. And we found out they don't have heated counters anymore, so the food doesn't stay hot.

There’s an old women who thinks she own the store, she was shouting and yelling at customers and telling any Arabic person to take his order and get out!! This is so rude, and who gives her that right?? Tbh she ruined my morning before school. I took my order as a takeaway while i could have eaten it inside. Thanks Greggs for hiring such unqualified people to ruin our good times.
