Green's Sausage House has been a staple in the Zabcikville, Texas, community since 1946. Our charming, rural business is known for our Bakery (kolaches, bread & cookies), Cafe' (home of the famous Sausage Burger) and Meat Market (20+ varieties of sausage). We specialize in homemade, quality products. For lunch on Fridays and Saturdays, the Cafe' serves up our Sausage & Sauerkraut Plate, which includes smoked pork sausage, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, green beans and homemade bread. Our bakers churn out fruit-filled kolaches and meat/cheese kolaches daily. Other sweet treats include cookies, cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, turnovers and danishes. Not to mention our fresh baked breads, pound cakes, angel food cakes, pies and brittle.
