We ordered a lemon and blueberries pancake and Korean fried chicken pancake with a latte and matcha. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Despite it being very busy we got seated very quickly. I do not have a vegan diet but everything tasted great, especially the Korean fried chicken! It is great to see vegan spots with fantastic options. The portion sizes of the pancakes are great and it is very filling. The drinks were very slightly on the smaller portion size but still great quality. The decoration is very lovely and it was very clean. Lovely vegan brunch spot in Oxford, I would recommend and would definitely go back.
Good selection of plant based food stuffs. Tasty and well presented. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Good to be able to sit outside to catch a few extra rays of April sunshine.
Our visit March 18th was absolutely worth the detour!
best vegan cafe ever! delicious food and wonderful staff! lovely atmosphere, 1000/10 would recommend. the marmite tater tots and new green routes smash are a must have.
Gorgeous gem of a place! Staff brilliant, food incredible, coffee sublime. Can eat in or takeaway, lovely area out front to sit outside. Thoroughly recommend. The warm lentil, squash and beetroot salad was amazing
Love this place! We had the breakfast burrito and 'pastrami' sandwich! Both were super delicious . The filter coffee was some of the best we've had. Would recommend!
Bit disappointed by our most recent visit. Sat outside and so ordered at the hatch so was a bit surprised to be charged 12.5% service. I'm not against service charges but it feels a bit backwards to pay for it at the start, especially because we then had to wait 40 minutes for a breakfast muffin and avocado toast. Food was nice if not a little pricey for what you get.
By far the best granola bowl in town, who doesn’t want elder flower syrup and literal flowers for breakfast?! Coffee and croissants are also very nice. The whole place has a low key and chilled atmosphere, the cafe is in a residential area and in a converted house. Attracts a wide variety of people, students but also locals, their kids and retirees from the area. This means it’s not all stressed out Oxford students having a coffee while being on their laptops and zoning out, which never creates a great atmosphere. It’s somewhat like someone decided to convert their house into an upscale community center with very good coffee—and now all of the neighbors moved in.
Got there too late for food so just had a coffee and cake but loved the vibe. Parking: Search around and you'll find a space within a 100m.
