I don’t have problems with the food, the food is pretty mediocre for a Chinese place in my opinion. The problem I have is more so with the staff. I’ve ordered on door dash plenty of times here, requested some condiments, they never fulfil my request neither do they even bother to put utensils. I’ve had that happen at least a couple occasions. Another time, I made an order through DD again just so they could cancel it 30 minutes later without giving me a reason. I’ve only gone there once in person and the people working there look so dry, lifeless, and don’t bother greeting nor saying bye. Never again Great Wall..mediocre food, trash employees. Do better

Very bad service and very bad attitude! I was in there to pick up an order for someone. The guy rolled his eyes at me didn't tell me if the order was ready he just walked away! When it was ready he handed it to me with a attitude! Everytime I go in there they are so rude and mean! I will never spend my hard working money on this place again plus there food is not good at all I guess that's what u get when u cook with a poor attitude! Save ur time and money go to Beijing!

Love this place was going to order lunch today so I wanted to get a jump on the wait by ordering online . Got all the way through and noticed I was being charged a Convenience fee. So I thought hmm why am I being charged a fee that makes their job easier too? So I decided in this greed driven world to save my convenience fee and just cancel the order . So I spent my time writing this review instead. People need to stop wasting there money and falling for this nonsense. Again great food just pointless greed pushing a consumer away. Every time I go in here, I see them making and picking up food with their bare hands. It is unsanitary and I will not be eating here again!

Just ordered and picked up food from Great Wall for the first time and NEVER AGAIN!! The food is awful. When got home and opened the containers based on how it looks and taste, I am sure it’s not fresh and leftover and basically recooked or warmed up. Major disappointment and I do not recommend this place ever!!! Save your money!!
