Ingredients: whole wheat flour, oats, powdered milk, brown sugar, baking powder, salt. Contains: wheat and milk. You will need: 1 cup and 2-3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp oil, 1 large egg. Directions: in a mixing bowl, combine water, oil, and beaten egg. Add 1 1/2 cup dry pancake mix and stir until moistened. Pour batter on greased griddle or pan at medium heat. Cook until golden. Makes 8 four inch pancakes.
