We are a local bakery here in Katy! Our wheat is grown on family farms from the golden triangle in Montana. Our 100% whole grain flour is milled FRESH daily right here! We do it ALL by hand, hand mix, hand knead, hand made everyday! We let it rise, then bake it fresh. For simply, delicious bread.
