Great American Bagel

Very unprofessional. 2 ladies on the grill, barely look up to take t my order. Rude condescending attitude when inquiring about the menu. Cashier adjacent to them provided subpar service as well. This place is horrific. Extremely bad experience!!

Terrible bagels. Just bad. The sandwich I got was terribly made. The toppings were put on half sides only so I never got a bite with all toppings. Paper the sand which was wrapped in was covered in mayo despite my sandwich not having any mayo on it.. The everything bagel had little to no flavor due to minimal seasoning. The people working rolled their eyes at customers and called out orders at a near whisper and got upset when people couldn’t hear them.

This place charges you like they have you by the balls! Overpriced terrible food and ridiculous priced beer... $11.69 for a 12-ounce domestic beer. Gouge customers when you can... I guess.

I ordered a sandwich and wanted to change the meat, but the gentleman making the sandwich said I should get another sandwich and change the bagel. Horrible recommendation, this bagel didn't have anything from the other sandwich except the egg. As far as flavor it's was okay but dry. I'm disappointed

This place was a mess. Split into a bagel/bakery area, a coffee area, and a bar area, there is only ONE CASH REGISTER IN OPERATION AND A LINE DOWN THE CONCOURSE. They also stopped a woman to pay for a cup of water after she had already left. Terrible. They seemed desperate to have sales but if the line was that long why would anyone bother. I missed my boarding group thinking the line would move a lot faster than it did. Glad I still made my flight. And my lox bagel was SUPER SKIMPY for the $14 dollars I paid for it. Ridiculous.

Would give ‘0’ stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Operations are choppy at best… If they were not in airport, they will not stay open more than handful of days.

I stopped in today to get a bagel for lunch and 2 to go. I am now home in Atlanta with a plain bagel versus my Asiago cheese one I ordered today.

We picked this place because there were a couple of open tables, and we needed a sit-down break. 2 stars only because the food was hot. Quality was poor. They forgot about our order, so we waited for like 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The 2 women behind the counter both had crazy hair with no hairnets or hats. I can't believe I ate it after I watched them eat, scratch their heads, take out trash, etc. Sometimes, I make bad decisions. I won't make this one again.

Disappointed cuban panini doesn't have pickles when they said it does. One lady behind the counter is real sweet. The other quite bitter. Panini isn't pressed which is what I was expecting. Premade sandwich was pulled out the fridge and placed in a big toaster oven like subway I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the sandwich tasted decent (maybe im just really hungry). Edit: I found the pickle at the far end, but also found a piece of pig bone. No change in rating
