We're a small family-owned artisan bakery creating fresh handmade breads and pastries using the very best all-natural & organic ingredients, including freshly milled stone-ground whole-grain flour from organic grains. We use natural starters and long fermentation times to create authentic, Old-World style breads with no preservatives or artificial ingredients. We open to the public on Saturdays 10 am to 2:30 pm, where we sell fresh handmade artisan breads, pastries, pretzels, organic grits and more. We offer a 15% discount to veterans every Saturday, please show your military ID. We have a wheelchair accessible entrance in back; please call or tell our line monitor so we can meet you around back and escort you through the bakery. Enjoy!
