Granny's Baking Table combines two baking traditions; American South and Norther European with a singular commitment to authentic small-batch baking. It is our mission to create a space and products that harken to simpler times; when baking was from scratch and the table was for gathering and conversation. Granny’s Baking Table is a joint venture of Sonya Yelder and Todd Crosset; artisan bakers, committed equally to our craft and the people who choose to live and work in Springfield. Granny's celebrates and reflects the richness of our community.
