Grandmaster Recorders is a modern Italian restaurant, rooftop and bar that has transformed the original Grandmaster Recorders Recording Studio that was previously operating since 1971. Steeped in history, Grandmaster Recorders offers a truly unique experience, with three different venues all in one location. Our restaurant is a celebration of Italian cuisine with a modern Australian influence that utlizies the abundance of California produce to ensure the highest of quality ingredients. Bookings will be available online soon. Our Rooftop doesn't accept bookings other than private events, along with our Studio 71 Bar that is a dedicated cocktail lounge and live music venue.
