Grand Mid-East Pastry Delight

We are repeat customers having used Grand Mid-East for our wedding. George, from GM-E Pastry Delight, went above and beyond on our recent Baby Shower order of 2 boxes of baklava. The order was shipped from Detroit to Milwaukee 2 days prior to the party. Unfortunately, the order was shipped to a neighboring but incorrect address and the baklava was returned to sender! That night, even after hours, George figured out the issue and overnighted the tasty pastry to us with a new order without hesitation. Though the delivery arrived during the party, my husband was able to easily grab the packages and bring them to the event. OK, so I am an official sweet fanatic I’m older than anyone needs to know and I live for anything sweet. This is by far the best thing that I have ever tasted that was not made at home presentation top-notch unbelievable it is decadent. It is insanely sweet, but balanced so nicely with the with everything, I can’t wait to share this with everyone else. Thank you.

This isn't a bakery, it's a palace of baked delights! Easily one of the nicest bakeries I've ever visited with a wonderfully helpful staff.

The cake was beautiful, and the gal brought it out to my car for me. Great service! The cake had a very light, airy texture, and the frosting was like a light whipped cream. It tasted pretty good, but I prefer a cake with more body and substance, and a heavier frosting. My mother liked it. It was a birthday cake for, so glad she enjoyed it.

I recently asked about a cake but upon inquiring about the prices of their cakes, I was met with judgment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of my knowledge about their products or pricing. This encounter left me feeling uncomfortable and unwilling to return.

Absolutely the best bakery for any mid-east treat you could desire. I like the baklava ladyfingers but honestly everything I've tried I just loved. The presentation is just beautiful. George is wonderful too. I've ordered from Uber and door dash and the care in packaging and the golden tray it's served on you could serve to royalty. Thank you so much to everyone at the bakery

My family has been a repeat customer to this bakery since they moved to this country 30+ years ago. They did an amazing job on my son’s birthday cake. The guests were talking about this cake for 2 weeks after the party! It was a vanilla strawberry custard cake and the design was hand drawn.
