Honestly some of the best dim sum I have had in the South Bay. I recommend their Chicken Feet, Egg Tarts, Suckling Pig, Chow Fun, and Gai Lan. Very traditional style and good quality all around. Flavored very well! Service is quick and fast. They still have cart ladies that come to every table too :) The dessert here is really top notch!! DEFINITELY order the egg tarts and custard buns! Incredible. They also had various jellies like mango, osmanthus, coconut, etc. The one dish that fell short for me is IRONICALLY my favorite dim sum item (normally): Shrimp Cheung Fan. This dish is supposed to have succulent shrimp wrapped in rice noodles and soaked in sweet soy sauce. However, the shrimp HERE was overcooked and the noodle had an odd texture. Very mediocre.
Very nice locations service is great and food choices are wonderful looks busy but service is fastasic
Expensive at 100$ per person. Food was ok. Bad service: we asked to box 2 dishes and they just threw them in one box together
Great variety dim sum traditional with some modern flair Not crowded early Sunday morning
Good dim sum spot in the San Jose are. They had a nice selection of dishes, all cooked well in my opinion. The staff is attentive as well. The suckling pig was delicious (but also come with a price ) Overall it’s good. Might come back if I’m in the area. We got seated quite quickly, but I can see if you arrive late, you may need to wait a little to get seated.
there are many decent dimsum in the area but this isn’t one, I got diarrhea 2/2 both times I went and they sell a small platter of roast pig for $33 . With mandatory tip the Total for two people was $120. Never have I had such expensive dimsum ever in my life. Choose ones in Cupertino, they are much better
Mid… ordered a whole duck and it was tiny. Also charge mandatory 18% tip
The capacity is big, the service is slow. A lot of time when the carts arrive to our table, there are only a few items left for us to choose. A full menu is not provided for us to order neither. Only a paper with some special items on it that you can mark and give to the servers if you can find one and have their attention. When we finished and were ready to leave, we couldn’t get any server’s attention for about 15 minutes. So we had to get up , went to one of them, pointed to our table and told her that we were ready to checkout. If the food were amazing, the sluggish service could have been forgiven. The food is actually only mediocre. Not bad, but not impressive neither. The pig custard buns are cute, but taste dry. The osmanthus jelly is too sweet and has no osmanthus flavor at all. The daikon rice cake is not soft enough . The duck meat inside Peking duck sesame scones are too dry. The Chinese broccoli is too soft. The rest is just ok. The bill comes with a service charge of 18% applied already, and has an extra field for extra tip! So the tip you entered will be on top of 18% that you have already given. Just be aware!
