This is a plate that you would find in front of the Pit Boss for lunch. A small tasting of most of our smoked meats and maybe something new. You will always find a rib or rib tips, link, smoked chicken and more. Served with two sides & cornbread.

This platter is similar to the Pit Boss plate but enough to share with a friend. The Pit Master will always have a tasting of ribs, chicken, brisket & links but may include new items to try. Includes two cornbreads & three sides.

serves 4 to 5. Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs comes with a Louisiana style hotlink, whole chicken cut 6 ways, and cornbread. Choose quarts of your favorite side.

Family Platter can serve 5 to 6. A rack of ribs, chopped brisket, pulled pork and chicken leg quarters for the whole family. Choose four of your favorite side dishes and 8 pieces of cornbread.

A full pan with a combination of baby back ribs, chicken leg quarters, and hot links, your choice of two one-gallon side dishes, and 10 leaves of cornbread. (cut in half).
