The poor woman was trying so hard to serve everyone, but she had no idea who arrived first or last. She must know how to greet and serve guests. Very awful service. I dislike going to Indian restaurants where the staff takes care of the services for this reason. This once more occurred twice. I don't understand why these folks are solely interested in making money, and in their haste, their hardworking staff fails to recognize that customers travel great distances to receive the excellent experience they promise. terrible customer support. Not a good experience,Now I feel this restaurant owner can’t manage every customer in a proper way! Helpless lady struggling hard to manage she had no idea who arrived first or last. Poor lady was working so hard to serve everyone but don’t understand who came in first and last. She needs to understand how to serve guest come in. Very bad service. This is the reason I don’t like to come at Indian restaurants where people take care of the services. This happened 2 times here again. Idk why this people are only going behind the money and in that rush this whose staff is working hard but don’t understand the people are coming from far to have good experience that they don’t provide. Horrible customer service. Dump front server/cashier

Dinner, Cons - All Starters were cold - bhajiya cold, vada cold, Surti-undhy was sweet and oily, Pavbhaji too hot, no-coordination with roti, even non-butter plain roti took 4 times to ask to get once, puran podi and roti had paper strips in them I got 1, my friend got one, as they make it on a platform with paper beneath where they work- not good, and every one who is not blind can see it for themselves - it cannot be debated, their process is broken Pro - Hot Roti, Hot Puran-podi, good quality, pani-poori good, some women working take care of service and serving hot rotis, overall curries rate 5/10, taste 8/10 Next Day Response - Had to go 3 times, had diarrhea, had to drink Kadvu-Kadiya-tu to correct my system Cramped Space, 2/10 overall rating, a lot can be improved, yes I have experience in running a restaurant and I am licensed food hander and SP* Hygiene Inspector - this review is a FACT, there is no right or wrong it is what it is. don't take it personally, just try and improve and make change happen Vegetarian options: All Vegan - Vegetarian options available
