Can I just say how lovely and kind the lady you had working today ( Wednesday) was. I spilt my tea over me and she was so kind in making sure I was ok. She’s an absolute asset to your business.

Fantastic little coffee shop while waiting for the train or alternatively just getting off a long journey and needing a sit down. Serves food which is delicious (I had a pizza twist) Shout out to Oscar! Huge customer service skills. Will make this my regular when traveling via Stoke Train Station.

Gourmet has a great atmosphere, excellent speedy service and some of the best quality coffee out there. I usually have a pastry or cake and a latte for breakfast, which are always delicious.
