This is our signature blend. We change it throughout the seasons and throughout the years, but we always strive for one thing: a sweet, well-balanced coffee that is interesting but has mass appeal. Blendimentosis is a constant work in progress, even 10 years later, and that's why we love it so much.

Formulated to deliver a rich, sweet and smooth espresso with a skilled barista at the helm of a finely-tuned espresso machine, Espresso-A-Go-Go also produces a balanced cup made in a pour-over, in a french press and Chemex.

We are proud to have Ixil A'achimbal in our offering! This comes to us from a group of 80 families called the Ixil A'Achimbal Collective. During the 36 year long civil war that ravaged indigenous communities throughout Guatemala, they fled to safety hiding in the rugged mountains of western highlands. When the war ended in 1989, they returned to their village to find their land had been lost and was now controlled by the new government. After 5 years they were able to organize and purchase a very small parcel of land to begin farming on. In 2000 with the help of the Agros Foundation they were able to acquire new land and began to produce outstanding coffees that are meticulously prepared and helping greatly to restore stability to their community.

This bourbon grows between two mountains in its own micro climate producing this delicate, sweet coffee with notes of cashew and red plum. We love this coffee as a single-origin espresso or pour over. So sweet! This is a relationship coffee.

La Soledad represents our first ever Colombian coffee, and we are really excited about this particular one. We participated in an International Jury of cuppers to name the top coffees of the Antioquia region at “Taza Café de Antioquia 2013”. This coffee came in Second Place and was a jury favorite. This coffee is a micro lot, and we were able to buy half of it. Enjoy this one while it lasts! Blackberry, caramel, tangerine with hints of vanilla on the finish. This is a relationship coffee.

This natural processed Ethiopian is a nice, sweet surprise for a decaf. For us, the decaf is not an afterthought.

This coffee represents a blend of micro lots we put together at Henrique's cupping lab in Santo Antonio in Sul De Minas. Yellow Catucai, Mundo Novo, & Acaia form this sweet, chocolatey coffee we love as a base for our espresso, as well as any other brewing method. This coffee is well-balanced and an overall crowd pleaser.
