This has turned into a freaking daycare. Parents letting their annoying kids run wild.
Great beer and even better people. Music and trivia are fun
1st time here for my wife and I. Came to see Michael Scott perform. Great music! We are more wine drinkers and enjoyed the selection. Tried a friend of ours beer and it was really good!
Great place with a solid selection of beers. They usually have a cider or two on hand, as well as kegged wine. Prices are pretty standard, about $7-8 for a pounder. I can't remember the price for the wine though. Staff is always polite and friendly. One thing to note is they don't take cash. Not a big deal for me as I don't carry cash but fair warning if you do. On Wednesdays there is trivia and the 1st and 2nd place winners get a discount on their bill. Losers choose a category for the next week's game.
Great beer and great people!
My first time at a brewery ever. There was only 1 bartender and she was pretty busy so I left a $7 cash tip and walked out without closing my tab, just to find out that they don’t take cash and charge 30% on abandoned tabs(I didn’t see the small sign when I was there). So I basically paid $48 for a flight + 3 pints. A bit disappointed. good beer tho.
We visited on a Saturday evening at the end of November and two items on the menu were out (remove them?). The fluorescent lighting was on - not sure why they didn’t turn off the harsh tubes and turn on the nicely hung Edison lights. The indoor temp is chilly, almost as if the heat is off (and it’s pretty cold outside, so maybe just an older heater that can’t keep up?). On the up side, they have 4 large flatscreens showing sports, and it looks like there’s comfy sofas, tables for large groups, and lots of board games available. We may visit in the summer it probably won’t be back during the cold months.
