A single hop Pale Ale designed to showcase the profile of Citra hops. Reid used the hop-bursting technique, meaning no dedicated bittering hop is used - bitterness instead comes from late addition aroma hops. With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Very pronounced grapefruit and pine flavors with a faint verdant note.

Hazy Mosaic IPA. Our most palate-crushing IPA to date, Orderville is a sledgehammer of dankness wrapped in a velvety peach pillow, underscored by a dry, chilled out malt bill that keeps your attention focused on the hop fireworks exploding in your mouth. The hop schedule features prominent Mosaic along with a wide assortment of piney, resinous varieties, resulting in a beautiful hop saturation that carries through from aroma to finish. We are proud to collaborate with our good friends from who happen to be some of the best hoppy beer brewers in the world. This beer is loaded with Citra, Simcoe, Cashmere, and Azacca to create a bouquet of tropical fruit, pine, mandarin orange, and tangerine.

Our Amber Ale is a full bodied, American-style amber with a rich copper color which comes from the roasted Amber and Munich malts. We use Cascade and Hallertauer Magnum hops to achieve the unique, fresh flavor and smooth finish that is long and complex on the palate. Originally brewed in 1989, this is our longest standing Signature beer. After all these years it's still a brewery and regional favorite. A true beer drinker's delight.

Sockeye's CoCo Peak Milk Stout is a Gold Medal winner from the 2014 North American Beer Awards. Named for a summit in the Pioneer Mountains, this brew is a smooth, deliciously creamy stout. It has subtle hints of vanilla and aromas of abundant caramel and chocolate malts, resonant of a candy bar. True to style, it's creamy, sweet character comes from large amounts of unfermented sugars that give the brew more body and a sweetness that counters the roasted character. Our brewer included lactose in the kettle to add body and some sweetness which carries the senses from the nose, creates a medium to high body, and finishes sweet and satisfying

Our flagship offering is golden to pale in color, with low bitterness, medium body, and a white head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category and made a classic style cool again. We use a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that "Cream Soda" kick. This beer finishes dry despite a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla. Great any time of year.
