  Bone-Dry with Zero grams of sugar, Brut is our driest core cider. We chose to leave Brut unfiltered to showcase a fuller mouthfeel and provide additional layers of flavor. The complex aromas and flavors resemble the common characteristics found in zero dosage sparkling wines, making Brut our 'champagne of cider’. 6.9% ABV

  Inspired by the rich tradition of Aguas Frescas, Jamaica reimagines this familiar taste from a dry cider perspective.Jamaica is a naturally pink cider made with tropical hibiscus flowers, which create fragrant aromas that lead to fresh berry flavors and a tart, round finish. 5.8% ABV

  curated from a blend of dark skinned, late-harvest apple varieties grown locally in Sonoma County. The overall bouquet is rich with aromas of mature apple skin and brandy, creating a heightened tannin profile with a hearty mouthfeel. The barrel aging, elevated alcohol content, and structured dryness balance the size of the body to provide a long, velvety finish. 7.5% ABV

  Fool’s Gold is a blend of golden skinned heirloom apple varietals grown in Sonoma County. There are over 20 dry-farmed varietals in the blend including Ozark Gold, Golden Supreme, and Mutsu. The cider is bursting with bright aromas from the fresh-pressed golden apples. 7.3% ABV

- Newtown Pippin
  The drier climate of the Pajaro Valley in Santa Cruz County leads to the concentration of aromatics lending intense, rich notes of Melon, Lemon and Lime. On the palate the mouthfeel is full, yet crisp, likely due to the cool marine air that flows through the valley at night. Rich flavors of caramelized honey, peppercorns and brandy from extended aging in barrel provide a warm finish to this bone dry cider. 7.9% ABV

- Rhode Island Greening
  Our Rhode Island Greening apples are grown about two miles from the Pacific Ocean in Mendocino County. On a clear day, this orchard gets great sun, but the cool foggy nights provide enough moisture for this orchard to remain dry-farmed. The combination of the maritime climate and coastal terroir provide RIG robust layers of aromatics, a complex minerality on the palate and a lively, tart finish. 7.1% ABV

- Crimson Gold
  This cider is made from 100% Crimson Gold apples harvested from Cuyama Orchards in Ventura County, California. At 3,300 feet in elevation and on the interior of the Sierra Madre Coastal mountain range, Cuyama orchards enjoys ideal weather for growing crisp, crunchy apples bursting with flavor and acidity. Fresh aromas of pineapple are balanced by rich notes of cinnamon and vanilla, with supporting tea notes for a full, long-lasting finish. 7.5% ABV
