best burrito in truckee

The owner is very nice to his customers and always cool to everyone. Me and my friend say hi to the owner all the time and always get good burritos. Thanks again, Sergio

Chicken tacos were bland and soggy.

Super fast! Ordered and got food 2 minutes later. Tasty food, salsa a little thin for my taste but super good. Also no high chairs for little ones but that's ok.

I don’t understand the good reviews. It’s quick and cheap, but the food is not even good. My wife got two tacos, meat and tortillas were decent, but that’s all there was to the taco. No onion, no salsa, no cheese… I mean these aren’t even street tacos. I was excited to try the chile relleno stuffed burrito… but it was pretty bad. Maybe the normal burrito would have been better, though I kinda doubt it. The chile relleno itself was okay, but it was the burrito outside some sad rice, beans and maybe I got pork, but didn’t see much of it. Anyways, not worth returning. Too many good restaurants in Truckee.

1/12/24 update - Food is still good, however, they need smiles behind the counter. Such an unfriendly place. And... I was given a dime sized side of salsa, so I asked for a 2nd, I was told there would be a charge for it. Really? Next time I should just not tip, because there is just no reward to do so at this place. I will go back for the food, but not for the service. Good food. The restaurant is not for in house eating. Suggest take away only.
