Staff was rude and didn’t let us order we just said a few things and they just took our menus without asking if we wanted anything else
Reason for visiting: brunch with friends Date/time of visit: Sunday morning, ~10:30 AM Parking: in the lot, free. But it's kinda tight. street parking too if available (looks like there should be) Party size: 11, 4 kids Environment/ambience: loud, busy. No TVs inside. We had to combine a couple tables together. Think of a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant in Chinatown Service: it was a ~30 min wait for us, most likely b/c of our large party. Smaller parties can prob get seated sooner. Our hostess was nice, and offered suggestions. Came around once to drop off water, then food. About it, haha.. prob b/c it was so busy. Food: the food was ok. Had the #26, charbroiled pork chop with an over easy egg. it was pretty good comes with rice too. Cost: didn't pay I would estimate $150 with tip
This place is AMAZING. The only reason I am doing four stars is sadly, along with everything else. It's just overly priced. I understand that everyone needs to live, and to do so, we sadly fully depend on money, but still.
Was greeted nicely, and the service was great, and for the outstanding food, it was great. I will be back soon
We ordered wonton noodle soup! The noodles that they gave us is for PHO… pho noodles, she could’ve said if they don’t have the wonton noodle! And this is the second time, the first time they charged us the price for noodle soup and no noodles at all!
My mother and I had the lunch specials. But if you get the opportunity.. it's the Bowl of Pho. that's the Golden Goose. Especially in the winter season. Wheelchair accessibility: My mother is up there in age, but she walked in without a walker or wheelchair.
Everytime were in Reno, this is our goto place.
